Use Our Heads

We’ve all heard it said that we only use about 10 percent of our brains. I don’t know how anybody would prove this but somehow, I do find it easy to believe. As human beings, we’re so finite in our ability to think.

Dragging His Name through the Mud

It’s so frustrating when people give themselves a label and drag others down who wear the same label. More specifically, it sucks when people who call themselves Christians drag the name of Christ through the mud, giving a bad name to those who follow Christ.

Technical Advancements

Every generation has most likely thought it was technologically advanced. They were right compared to generations that came before them, but when you look back on things that were once considered advanced, you realize they’re not so much any more.

Going with an interest only mortgage

An interest only mortgage makes almost no sense to just about all CPA’s and financial planners I have talked to. The way to understand a good reason to pay for your house in this way is to see the whole picture. You want to get in a cash liquid position. The reason you want to be liquid is so that you never have to worry about finances and keep on trucking building your business and getting into opportunities.

One of the biggest things people have been talking about lately is “Green” energy. For people to get lower power providers in Jersey City, New Jersey they will have to get a “Green” energy plan. The plan will cost more than the normal dirty electricity plans but in the long run will save them more money.

Is global warming a fraud?

How in the world can someone still believe it actually exists?

The Benefits Of Deregulated Energy Markets In The US

Utilities and consumption of natural resources in general on a business and consumer standpoint is usually provided by specific utility companies and services. Much of the issue that surrounds this particular use is that most people feel they are much too expensive to pay for as costs continue to rise and budgets become more constrained and difficult to manage with each passing day. Those that are concerned with this issue should know the benefits of deregulated energy markets in the US.

Don’t try to predict the unpredictable

There some things in life that are acceptable to try to predict and others that simply aren’t.

Twitter Sued For Confirming Opt Out of SMS List

I first received an SMS message to my cell phone from a retail store called Hot Topic. I quickly realized the power of a coupon offer coming to someones cell phone. If you place an opt in instruction board in your store and capture you most loyal customers cell phone numbers to your SMS list you now have a hyper responsive list. This list can now receive all your companies offers and coupons directly to their cell phone and they will read almost all of these messages provided they offer a lot of value.

FLA Home Health Care Could Helplower the State Budget|Fiscal

In recent years, have you been eyeing the political happenings? The protests in Madison, WI? The legislators leaving the state? What a difficult problem to fix. It’s a precarious issue, and it isn’t a game. It feels flimsy because it could really happen in Florida .

Green Energy Saving Tips

Among the most preferred things to do lately is go green. Among the beneficial issues about going green is how inexpensive it truly is to be environmentally friendly. Your return on investment or ROI on green merchandise might be observed over time.

On March 16, 2011 the United States Environmental Protection Agency introduced a newly proposed set of rules and regulations that aims to reduce pollution caused by coal-burning power plants. How to create a good SEO link to an article

I recently spoke with a lady who needed help setting up her first website. She was a great writer and can write many articles in a short amount of time and each one was very high quality. I set her up a site on Blogger.com and I thought she would be ready to go. What ended up happening is this lady got completely hung up on Blogger.com’s tagging system. You can tag each article you write with several descriptions the article is about. No matter how many ways I described the tagging system she could not understand the concept and did not want to go further with her website until this was understood. Although the tag system was not critical to her success she became permanently stagnated in failure before she ever really began. What we teach is moving past this silly type of behavior. You need to write 4 articles in total to begin. The first article will be of high quality while the other articles will be similar in topic but not necessarily as high of a quality article as your original.

Nuclear Energy is Still a Good Option

Though many Americans are probably doubtful when it comes to nuclear power after what happened in Japan, there are still many benefits of nuclear that simply cannot be ignored. When stacked against coal burning plants or new “green” options like wind and solar, nuclear power plants are hard to beat.
