Stretch marks are caused by skin damage due to the skin reaching reaching it’s elasticity limit. When thus happens, the skin begins to break up and become quite damaged and as a result stretch marks appear. Some people have found that by using lotion on their skin, they have been able to get rid of stretch marks. What you do, is vigorously massage lotion into your skin once you have just had a shower. This will really encourage your skin to become healthier and grow more.

One of the most effective ways of getting better skin (and overall health) is to ensure that your eating the right kind of diet. Cut out all the junk food and focus on eating fruit and vegetables. You can even go on whats called a “fruit diet” for a few days where you eat just fruit and drink water and thats it. This is a great way to detox your body and clean out your system.
